Tom Brady and the New England Patriots outlasted the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night, as the Pats' will return to the Super Bowl for the third straight season.

For Brady, it will be the ninth Super Bowl appearance of his illustrious career, which can only be described as, "unfuckingbelievable, bro."

The 41-year old quarterback finished 30-of-46 for 348 yards, with one touchdown and two interceptions against the Chiefs in New England's 37-31 victory.

Heading into the February 3 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, Brady is 5-3 in the Super Bowl, including a victory against the St. Louis Rams in Super Bowl XXVI for his first ring, in his first season as a starting QB. To put things in perspective, Brady's nine trips to the Super Bowl are more than any other NFL franchise has in their history.

Says Brady (H/T ESPN):

"When you have 70,000 people cheering against you, it's pretty sweet when you win on the road. That's a hard thing to do in the NFL. It's certainly a hard thing to do against the first-ranked team in the conference who has been playing great all year, and has certainly been playing great at home. We knew it was going to take a lot. It took some great plays and some great conversions, and just proud of us getting the job done."

Super Bowl LIII, airing on CBS, is scheduled to kickoff at 6:30pm ET on Sunday, February 3rd. The game will be held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta Georgia.
