Eyewitnesses have pieced together a loose narrative that the two rappers have quietly gone about a functional romantic relationship. Carti was talking shop on Big Boy's Neighborhood on 92.3 when the topic was brought up. He had this to say in response to claims his relationship status was all but confirmed: “Right now, I’m not even looking for love. I just need a friend. Yeah. It’s like everybody sees me and everything – right now I just want a girl that’s smart and makes smart decisions," Carti responded.
Now that doesn't necessarily pray tell a "well-defined" end to their (Carti & Iggy) canoodling. For all we know, Iggy might be of the mind, in view of her setbacks, and her mental health layover. Another thing to consider: the possessive use of the word love, and the act of consummating it, and its social implications. Do you catch my drift?
