Layzie bone may be heading to court in yet another paternity case. According to TMZ, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has filed a paternity complaint against the rapper whose real name is Steven Howse, on behalf of the child's mother, Shateira Marketa Childress. September 2017 is claimed at the date of conception. The baby girl, named Sevyn Isreal Childress-Howse, was born last year in May.

Childress, along with the Department of Health and Human Services, are pursuing legal action to determine the paternity which would then hold Layzie officially responsible for the child's well-being. Childress could then demand financial support for his alleged daughter.

There seems to be a pattern formed between the plaintiff and the entertainer as this will be the second time the Bone Thugz N Harmony artist is taken to court over a paternity case by Shateira Marketa Childress. In 2013, this same woman filed a similar suit which ultimately proved that Layzie Bone had fathered her infant.

Steven Howse is already known as the father of three other children. TMZ has reached out to him for comment. He and his camp have yet to return with a response to these claims. A photo of his alleged daughter is available here.
