IDK & Denzel Curry
IDK reveals one of the "friends" set to appear on his upcoming project.

Last week, IDK revealed a bittersweet pair of announcements, particularly for those hoping for a 2018 solo effort from the blonde lyricist. Unfortunately, his upcoming solo album will be dropping in 2019, in a couple months at a minimum. Luckily, IDK is planning on tiding us over with another project, the collaborative IDK & Friends. The album (or EP, it's not yet clear), which arrives on November 9th, is set to feature seven of the homies. We've already heard "Morals", a single with Maxo Kream, and now IDK is teasing his follow-up. Fans might be pleased to know he'll be featuring none other than Denzel Curry.

"Me and @denzelcurry are dropping our shit this week, if anyone cares," writes IDK, on Twitter. While he fails to provide a more precise date, it's likely going to arrive sooner than later. The news bodes well for those favoring a lyrical renaissance, as IDK & Denzel's new single will be joined by a new J.I.D & J. Cole joint. Big week for the fiends.
