The 'Tinder' app logo is seen on a mobile phone screen on November 24, 2016 in London, England. Following a number of deaths linked to the use of anonymous online dating apps, the police have warned users to be aware of the risks involved, following the growth in the scale of violence and sexual assaults linked to their use.

Looking for love in loops.

Tinder is a crazy place. The dating app popularized the "swipe right" concept almost overnight, and spawned a surplus of similar apps. Users on Tinder are currently able to add up to six pictures to their profile to attempt to lure other users to choose them. The types of pictures that are used on Tinder vary. Some users upload moderate pictures of themselves partying and hanging out with friends. Others upload pictures of world travels and extravagant living to paint a different picture. Of course, there are also the catfish and trolls, who use confusing or untruthful pictures to attain whatever it is they are looking for.

We all just want love, right? Tinder has announced that they are now allowing users to upload looping GIFs as their profile picture. According to TechCrunch, starting today, Loops are available to Tinder users across the following markets: Japan, United Kingdom, United States, France, Korea, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Iceland, Ireland, Kuwait, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. The loops cannot be shot in the app, but must be upload from the camera roll of the phone. The number of allowable uploads has also be increased from six to nine. Now get out there, and start swiping.
