Listen to Lupe Fiasco's new freestyle over Travis & Drake's "Sicko Mode."

With exception to his “I Got A New Mic” freestyle back in June, Lupe Fiasco has been relatively quite on the music front this year, but that maybe due to the fact that he’s been busy working on his martial art skills and becoming a warrior. However don’t get it twisted, Lupe is still working on his long awaited Drogas Wave album, which he first announced back in March of 2017, but while we continue to wait for details on it, the Chicago emcee decides to hold us over in the meantime with a new freestyle today called “Pearl Harbor,” which finds him tackling Travis Scott & Drake’s popular new hit “Sicko Mode,” off Astroworld.

Released via his Twitter, Lupe delivers a quick 2-minute lyrical exercise that finds him referencing YG & his Stay Dangerous album. It's no shade however, just a witty metaphor from the Chicago spitter. "Stay Dangerous as YG/ You safer than a Volvo/ You ride these I sell those/ I'm Crenshaw, you Melrose, like huh?," he spits.

Take a listen to the new freestyle and let us know what you think. Drogas Wave on the way.

Quotable Lyrics:

Number ones around afros
Making figures like Hasbro
Off the field we still keep the helmet like Daft shows
Vietnam how the draft flows
