Royce Da 5'9" has been going full force over the past few weeks. Not only did he reunite with DJ Premier for PRhyme 2, he also released his highly anticipated album, The Book Of Ryan last Friday. He's been doing a pretty extensive press run since then and has been talking about everything from the album to Eminem and Joe Budden's feud, of sorts. With 'Ye's recent behavior, Royce touched on the Chicago rapper's recent behavior.

In a recent interview with Billboard, Royce Da 5'9" touched on Kanye West's recent behavior on Twitter and his appearance on TMZ. The rapper expressed empathy towards Kanye West and said that he's either "going through something, battling something or extremely ahead of his time." After being asked whether he thinks this might be a social experiment, Royce Da 5'9" said that Kanye West needs to be responsible especially with his massive platform.

"Kanye, he a dude who I have the utmost respect for creatively. His personal views don’t bother me at all." He said, "Unfortunately, there are people who are stuck to this man. They follow his every move and cling to his every word. He’s got to be responsible. I feel bad for them and I feel bad for Chicago."

Despite this, Royce Da 5'9" does say Kanye is entitled to his opinion. However, he hopes that 'Ye is in a good mental space.
