UPDATE: Despite previous reports, the Broward County Sheriff's Office has told TMZ that the allegations of a sexual assault against Dedrick D. Williams are unfounded.
Two full weeks have passed since the sudden and tragic passing of XXXTentacion, shifting the emotional climate in hip-hop and bringing many to reconsider their daily actions. Only one of the three suspects have been arrested as Dedrick D. Williams has been charged with murder, suspected of being in the car blocking XXX from leaving the crime scene. As it just so happened, his fellow prisoners may not be entirely fond of him after his alleged connection to the murder as BET is reporting that he has been sexually and physically assaulted in a prison shower.
While the details are unclear at the moment, Dedrick D. Williams has allegedly been involved in an attack while in prison and apparently, another rapper may have been behind the attack. Close with XXX until the time of his passing, Kodak Black could have ordered the attack as the source explained, "Word we got from our informant is that he was told Dedrick was getting a shower when he was ambushed with an attempted rape, which in jail is the ultimate sign of disrespect. We are told that Kodak Black people may have had something to do with it." None of the alleged attackers have been named.
