For those rocking with rapper KR for some time now, the multi-hyphenate’s recent role in Superfly has definitely brought the price up a tad, and its refreshing to see the emcee getting his due.
The Los Angeles transplant, by way of North Carolina, has been proving his worth for a while, even going so far to turn down a deal with Top Dawg Entertainment. Call the decision what you want, but young KR is clearly calculating the moves he’s been making and made note of such with the recent announcement of his forthcoming In Due Time project. The effort was orignally slated for release at the end of last month, but has yet to arrive.
In teasing the effort, he’s decided to drop off lead single “Pop Out,” and the new track is a clear assertion of the momentum he’s gaining. Listen in full and stay tuned for more.
