Over the course of the last few months, Diddy has had his prison release date changed on numerous occasions. Oftentimes, his release date has been moved up. However, following big scandals, the mogul has had his release delayed.
When Diddy was first sentenced to 50 months in prison, his release date was set for late April of 2028. Just a couple of months ago, his release date was all the way up to late January of 2028. Unfortunately for Diddy, a contraband scandal and an alleged fight had his release date delayed back to March 2.
Recently, the mogul was transferred to FCI Allenwood, which is a low-security prison with one-quarter the number of inmates. It has been speculated that this move will expedite Diddy's release from prison, as there are fewer opportunities to get in trouble.
According to TMZ, this is already proving to be the case, as on Monday, it was revealed that Diddy's release date was moved up by three weeks. Now, he will be released on February 6 2028.
Diddy Gets His Date Moved Up
Whether or not this date stands still remains to be seen. There will be opportunities over the next few months for Diddy to continue bringing this date forward. Ultimately, whether or not he gets released early is entirely up to him.
Given just how many times his release date has been changed, one can assume that it will change again fairly soon. Although for now, the date is February 6, which is in 15 months from now.
This is a developing story, so stay tuned to HNHH for updates.
