42 Dugg is betting on Abdul El-Sayed to become a Senator in Michigan, and his fans are concerned about this behavior.

42 Dugg has found himself going viral on social media thanks to a recent bit of gambling he did. While taking to social media, he revealed that he bet on the Senate midterm race in Michigan between Abdul El-Sayed and Mike Rogers.

El-Sayed is the Democrat and is currently leading in the polls. After campaigning with Hasan Piker and Barack Obama, El-Sayed has proven to be a unifier between progressives and moderates.

That said, 42 Dugg likes El-Sayed's odds, and told his X followers that because of high voter turnout, he expects the candidate to win.

"I've been studying the polls lately and it looking like to me that El-Sayed has a clear shot for senate. voter turnout expected to be high & i be using AI to give me this lock, who yall got money on sayed or rogers," Dugg wrote.

42 Dugg Offers Political Analysis

Unfortunately, the rapper's post was not met with positivity. Instead, fans were completely appalled that he would be spending his money this way. In fact, there were a plethora of comments urging him to "Call the hotline."

This is a popular online phrase used when someone clearly has a gambling issue that is out of control. When someone is betting on something incredibly niche, then some feel as though that person is too far gone. It's also been stated time and time again that brands like Kalshi are creating gambling addicts every single day.

Whether or not 42 Dugg actually has a gambling addiction is not for us to decide. However, there is no denying that this is pretty concerning nonetheless.
