Drake loves to throw his fans for a loop with some eye-opening Instagram captions, and that is exactly what he did on Wednesday evening.

When Drake posts on Instagram, expect a moody caption that mimics song lyrics. It's been his signature for years, and after turning 40 over the weekend, he has no plans to slow down anytime soon.

Late last night, the megastar took to his Instagram account and posted a plethora of photos from his weekend. This includes some of his viral outfits, which have been clowned incessantly by both his fans and most fervent haters.

That said, Drake made sure to caption his post the only way he knows how. These poetic bars are not from a song. They're straight off the dome, and speak to how he has been feeling lately.

"I’m starting to think I’m no fun," Drake began. "I type lol but don’t crack a smile for nun. Nothing to say to anyone and everything I’ve said I’ve done. It’s still US over all of them like I’m patriotic as f**k."

Drake had himself a ball while celebrating his birthday. On Friday and Saturday, he found himself amongst some of his favorite people. This includes media personalities, day one friends, and even family members.

Meanwhile, he has continued the celebrations in Houston this week. He even had the Roastmaster General Jeff Ross roast him. It's not Jim Carrey, but it is certainly a start.

For Drake, 2026 has been a year to celebrate. He can firmly say he is back at the top of the rap game. As for 2027, he has big plans, especially with an upcoming World Tour, that is surely going to be sold out at every stop.
