Funk Flex responded to reports that he got assaulted on Tuesday night, and now, he is taking aim at music executive Shadow Stokes.

Funk Flex reportedly got into a physical altercation during Tuesday night's season opener between the New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers at Madison Square Garden. It was a hot ticket, especially as LeBron James was making his debut with the Sixers. In the end, LeBron got the better of the defending champs.

However, it was Flex's fight that was making the rounds on social media. There were even some reports that he was the victim of an assault. On Instagram, Funk Flex is letting people know this was not the case.

"HAHAHAHAH! ASSAULTED WHEN? IM MINDING MY BUISNESS? SHADOW U MAD? WHO THAT WITH U?" he wrote.

Flex continued to post clips from the fight, and took specific aim at music executive Shadow Stokes. The Hot 97 host is alleging that Stokes has a case against him, and is trying to sucker him into a payout.

"SHADOW STOKES COULD NEVER PUNCH ME! HES AN AMBULANCE CHASER!" Flex wrote. "HAHAHAHAHA! THIS MUSIC INDUSTRY COUPLE HAS AN “ACTIVE CASE” AGAINST ME AND MY COMPANY! TRYING HARD TO BAIT ME INTO A PAYOUT! YALL AINT SMARTER THAN ME! APPROACH WHEN THAT CASE DONT EXIST! SHADOW STOKES!"

Funk Flex Calls Out Shadow Stokes

Funk Flex then went on to say that on Thursday night, he will be going on his radio show to tell the story of what happened. As it stands, Shadow Stokes has not spoken on his alleged involvement in all of this.

Additionally, TMZ is reporting that the New York Police Department does not have information pertaining to the fight. Madison Square Garden has yet to comment either.
