Nicki Minaj shared a reaction to Elon Musk's flying Tesla Roadster after Thursday's wild demo and fans are already talking about it.

Nicki Minaj is joining the conversation around Elon Musk's flying Tesla Roadster. She reacted online shortly after Tesla revealed the car on Thursday.

In a post shown in a screenshot, Nicki wrote that she was reporting live from "the future." She added that flying cars are real. The word "Roadster" was also trending in the United States at the time.

That line came straight from Musk. During Tesla's event at a SpaceX test site in Texas, he told the crowd that flying cars are real. A Tesla executive repeated it, too.

The demo was dramatic. The Roadster raced up a curved ramp that flipped upside down, then launched off the end. It spun through the air and landed back on its wheels.

Tesla says the car uses high-pressure air thrusters, not wings. Musk also said certain versions can go from 0 to 60 mph in under one second and top 230 mph.

Production is set to begin in 2028. However, Musk admitted the project's "success is not guaranteed." He added that it will probably work. Of course, the Roadster has a long history of delays. Tesla first showed a next-generation version in 2017.

Nicki Minaj Reacts To Flying Tesla Roadster

Nicki is not the only one talking. Social media lit up as soon as the clip started circulating, and the Roadster climbed the trending list. It makes sense, since the video looks like something out of a sci-fi movie.

Still, many people are skeptical. A flying production car faces major safety and regulatory hurdles. Musk himself said the car is not built with safety first.

The event also leaned heavily on spectacle. Tesla called the Roadster one of the last human-driven cars, even as the company pushes self-driving technology. That tension will probably keep fans debating.

Overall, it will be fun to see what Tesla does next. It will also be interesting to see how Nicki reacts as she gets more involved in pop culture moments like this one.
