Eazy The Block Captain isn't quite sure what led to their breakup.

Remy Ma’s been living her best life as of late, but that seems to be without Eazy The Block Captain next to her. The couple has broken up after a highly publicized relationship that spilled into her separation from Papoose. However, the circumstances surrounding Remy and Eazy’s split remain unclear, even to the battle rapper.

Eazy The Block Captain explained that he isn’t entirely sure why they broke up. When one fan asked why they split, he said he believes that the narratives on the internet led to their demise.

“I don’t even know lol forreal, between her friends and the internet y’all made her feel like I was a downgrade. My opinion,” he wrote.

The comment comes after he unleashed a brand new diss track toward Papoose and his new partner, Claressa Shields. The song didn’t have much to do with Remy, but it did find Eazy firing shots at Pap over his parenting, among other things.

Meanwhile, Remy Ma and Pap have been trading shots at each other on wax in recent times. Earlier this year, Pap dropped off “Jezebel.” Then, Remy came through with Alimony EP, which contained a number of shots toward Papoose.

Since Remy Ma and Eazy’s split, she has been romantically linked to the rapper Millyz. The two were spotted getting quite close on social media to promote their collaboration, “Say Yea.” However, she later shut down these rumors, claiming that she’s in a monogamous relationship with her music.
