Drake has rumored to be a potential headliner for Coachella, and now, a new report suggests SZA is in talks as well.

Last week, a report came out from Hits Daily Double, suggesting that Drake was being considered for Coachella. It was a surprising revelation, and one that fans couldn't begin to fathom.

However, that report is now picking up steam. Hits Daily Double has come out with another report today. It was here that the outlet revealed BTS was initially going to be pegged as a headliner. In the end, they backed out of negotiations.

Now, Drake is one of the leading candidates to headline the show. Interestingly enough, so is SZA. There is a third act being considered, and that would be Radiohead, who are alternative rock legends.

Given recent history, Drake is not someone you would expect to see floated around. Clearly, he remains the biggest hip-hop artist in the world. However, in recent years, Drizzy has been reluctant to headline big festivals in the United States. He headlined Wireless, but that was overseas.

Drake Vs. SZA For Coachella

It would make sense for Drake to get this gig, especially since it is likely to come in the midst of his World Tour for ICEMAN. During the rollout for FOMO, Drake confirmed that he would be touring the world in 2027. The April dates for Coachella could very well align with that vision.

As for SZA, it remains to be seen if she has new music on the way. She remains one of R&B's biggest crossover pop stars and has a massive catalog that could also carry a headlining set.

Radiohead is certainly an option as well, as that brand of alternative rock has always played well in the California desert. For now, fans will just have to be patient and wait for the official announcement.
