Post Malone's infamous "August 26" mixtape was originally uploaded to Datpiff 10 years ago, and now, it gets an official release.

Post Malone's mixtape August 26 was originally released on May 12, 2016, over on Datpiff. The project contained features from Larry June, 2 Chainz, Jeremih, and many more. It's a reminder of when Post Malone was considered a rapper, and not a crossover country star. At the time, no one could have imagined him becoming the artist with the most diamond records. Either way, Post Malone has decided to release this landmark mixtape on streaming services. While we are a few months past the official 10-year anniversary, today is August 26, so it only makes sense to put the project out now.
