Drake's decision to do a 20v1 dating show while streaming on Kick has led to some criticism over the weekend. Overall, some believe that the artist is acting immaturely for his age. Furthermore, some believe that all of this should be beneath an artist of his magnitude.
While Drake doesn't seem to care about these criticisms, others continue to make them. For instance, this morning, Wayno released a video in which he voiced his displeasure with Drake's recent actions.
“As a fan of Drake’s music, I was totally disappointed… this shit just corny," Wayno explained.
Wayno Says What He Thinks About Drake
This commentary eventually went viral, with the former Everyday Struggle host in the Drake fan crosshairs. Many felt as though this criticism was misplaced, and that Wayno is making things deeper than they actually are.
Drake's fans are always ready to defend him from online critique, and this is yet another example of that. In a plethora of tweets below, you can see how some made it their mission to go after Wayno.
Drake's Fans Respond
Others kept the discourse respectful, with a few pointing out the hypocrisy of going after Drake, specifically.
"Wayno you grew up on Dipset and cam," one commenter wrote. "Do you see how cam and them act at 40? The whole Dipset even. It's content bro why do yall want Drake to be suit and tie super serious bro? Let him do him you should never be disappointed in Drake for this."
Considering Drake's ongoing deal with Stake, it seems highly unlikely that he will ever stop doing these streams. They are a part of the clause in his deal, and more importantly, he looks like he's having fun.
