The talk show host is reportedly looking to make a fresh start.

It's a brand new day for Wendy Williams. Yesterday, it was announced that the talk show host did what many of her fans have been expecting for months now: She served her estranged husband Kevin Hunter with divorce papers. Their relationship has been riddled with rumors of his infidelities, including that he allegedly had a child with his mistress. Williams has tried to stay ahead of the rumors by using her talk show to address them head-on, but that hasn't kept her name out of headlines.

Williams has stated that she's been calling a sober living house home for the last few months as she's receiving treatment to help battle her addiction issues, but now that her 20-year marriage is officially making its way toward the finish line, TMZ reports that she's searching for a new, permanent, home. Williams and Hunter lived at their New Jersey residence for years, but TMZ states that Williams is looking to make her way to the Big Apple, specifically searching for new digs in Manhattan.

Although these rumors regarding Williams' marriage have stormed the news media, cheating isn't something that was recently introduced. In Williams' 2001 memoir, Wendy's Got Heat, she shared that Hunter had an affair shortly after she gave birth to Kevin Jr. "In those forty-five seconds my woman's intuition kicked in and I knew he was on the phone with a lover," Williams wrote. "No woman deserves this." She added, "I wanted to kill him. I mean really kill him. For real. I wanted to kill him more because I was in the process of breaking my Number One Rule: No Cheating."

She also wrote in the memoir that she hired a private investigator to follow her husband and retrieved details about his affair. The two worked through that major hiccup in their marriage, but Williams did say that she made a vow to leave if he ever did anything like that again.
