A month back, Lil Wayne's tour bus was shot at following a show in Atlanta. Police have now made an arrest, and it's being reported that the shooter could be connected to Young Thug.
Jimmy Carlton Winfrey has been charged with "aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a felon, and criminal gang activity". Multiple sources close to TMZ have reported that Winfrey was once Thug's tour manager. The two can be seen together in a photo together posted to Instagram.
So far, nothing suggests that the shooting had anything to do with Wayne and Thug's feud over the latter's album title Carter 6 (now Barter 6).
In related news, Thugger recently announced that his next mixtape could very well be titled Carter 5, saying "I don’t know what the fuck they doing. So I’ma put that motherfucker out for ’em."
