This weekend, Kid Buu threw accusations in the direction of Nav and Lil Uzi Vert as he asserted that the two men ripped off his “Dead Roses” track for their most recent “Wanted You” collaboration.
"Men lie, women lie, upload dates don’t, ya heard?” he declared while floating in a swimming pool, later clarifying that his track was uploaded to SoundCloud two years ago as opposed to Uzi and Nav’s drop which came just a few months ago.
The accusation has shifted a few eyes onto the eclectic upstart, and he looks to leverage the attention as he drops off his Ski Mask The Slump God-assisted “Double Up (Run It Up).” As if the timing wasn’t convenient enough, the new track also arrives on the heels of Ski Mask’s recent inclusion in this year’s XXL Freshman Class alongside the likes of J.I.D., Smokepurpp, and Trippie Redd.
