The "Daytona" rapper will be replacing BROCKHAMPTON.

With the Governor's Ball set to pop off on Friday, June 1st until Sunday, June 3rd, it would appear that a last minute line-up change has occurred. Since BROCKHAMPTON has no doubt been undergoing some inner turmoil over the departure of Ameer Vann, the self-proclaimed boy band have opted out of the upcoming festival. Instead, Daytona rapper Pusha T has been tapped to replace them; the G.O.O.D Music president will be taking to the American Eagle Stage on Saturday, 5:45 PM. Unfortunately for BROCKHAMPTON fans, the group will not be performing at the Governor's Ball.

Pusha joins the likes of Eminem, 2 Chainz, Travis Scott, Post Malone, Lil Uzi Vert, Khalid, 6lack, Vic Mensa, 2 Chainz, Kali Uchis, Goldlink and more; hip-hop fans will certainly get their money's worth during this one. The timing bodes well, as Daytona has been in steady rotation since dropping on Friday. Coincidentally, Pusha's Saturday appearance will be one day removed from Kanye West's untitled album, thus continuing a momentous and cruel summer from the long-dormant label.

Should you be interested in catching The Governor's Ball, tickets are still available at the Festival's website here. Should you be on the fence, don't hesitate to check out the full lineup
