While Teenage Emotions didn't deliver the impact he hoped for, it would appear that this drop is a return to his nautical roots. Early impressions are skewing positive, and while some miss the days of TheGoodPerry, the Quality Control rapper has managed to fill the void with a respectable roster of beatmakers.
