The rumors ran wild after she called him her "husband."

Love is in the air for Nicki Minaj and her boo Kenneth Petty, but contrary to reports that the two have tied the knot, they aren't married. On her latest episode of Queen Radio, Minaj called Petty her "husband," igniting a raging fire of rumors that the couple secretly exchanged "I dos." However, sources have told TMZ that the Barbz shouldn't jump the gun just yet because while the two are hopelessly in love, they haven't married...yet. However, TMZ reports that the couple is talking about marriage and having a serious future together after only a few months of dating.

It isn't as if Minaj and Petty are strangers; these two have known each other since childhood and reconnected their romance only recently. Minaj isn't shy about sharing their relationship on social media, only yesterday posting childhood photos of the two of them on her Instagram. The side-by-side picture of Little Petty and Little Minaj came with the caption, "When we were younger I liked his nose & he liked that tooth sticking out my mouth. 😩 I hated having to smile cuz I didn’t want anyone to see it 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 he still brings that tooth up all the time. He says he misses it. Should I get that tooth back y’all? 😭 the original Kirsten Dunst."

Who would have known that their childhood friendship would develop into something more? We can only imagine what a Nicki Minaj wedding would look like, but we can't see it being that far off considering Minaj was recently ready to "risk it all" after holding a baby.
