In September, after failing to show up to court to fight the charges, Nick Gordon, boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown, was found legally responsible for Brown's death. Now he's got some serious problems on his hands. Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford has ordered Nick Gordon to pay Bobbi Kristina Brown's family $36 million in damages.
Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was reportedly abused, manipulated, and stolen from by Gordon, leading to her death at the age of 22. According to her autopsy, Brown had many drugs in her system at the time that she passed away.
Gordon was reportedly not present in court for the judge's announcement. He has not yet faced criminal charges.
