Michelle has updated fans on her well-being.

Michelle Williams is making moves in the right direction after checking into a mental health facility last week for depression. The 37-year-old shared a message to Twitter telling fans that she is receiving all the support and is doing much "better."

“I feel the ❤️,” she said. “I just wanted to let you guys know I’m better!”

Michelle previously stated that she's struggled with depression for years and didn't know what was going on until she reached her 30s. "I just thought it was growing pains. I’ve been suffering since the age of between 13 and 15. At that age, I didn’t know what to call it," she said.

Back in April Michelle got engaged to Pastor Chad Johnson after they met at a spiritual retreat last year in March. "Neither of us have been married, had children, and I think you just get to a place sometimes where you’re just so career-driven, so focused on what you’re doing at the moment, that it’s kind of a comfort zone," she said of her engagement. "Both of us were in very similar places on a personal level.”

Michelle clearly has a lot to look forward to and we hope she gets back to feeling good about things soon.
