Today marks Anansa Sims 40th birthday and in light of the special day, Matt Barnes shared a post to his Instagram shouting out his partner and thanking her for one of the best gifts she's given him. "40 never looked so good... 🤤Happy Birthday beautiful, I Love you!!! I can’t thank you enough for making such a gorgeous baby boy," he captioned a photo of the model glowing on the beach.
Unfortunately having such a high following means every few comments can be troll worthy as was the case for one woman who just had to comment "Surgery galore" on the photo.
Matt was not having the negative energy on his feed, and although the image was filled with all kinds of kind comments, Matt zeroed in and clapped back at the hater. "Nope all natural you bum bitch! Have a nice day," he replied, via BET.

Matt was recently awarded sole custody of his twin boys after his ex-wife Gloria Govan was arrested for child endangerment. More recently, reports suggested that Matt wants Gloria to spend time in jail for breaking her restraining order.
