Unfortunately, the first-ever Colombia-hosted Lollapalooza will not be taking place this year, as the surprise headliner, reported to be Rihanna, has pulled out of the gig.
La Tercera reports that Rihanna has decided against appearing at the festival due to the current Zika virus scare, and organizers did not have enough time to find a replacement for her. As a result, the entire festival, which was to host performances by Lana Del Rey, Wiz Khalifa, Anderson .Paak, and many more, has been cancelled altogether. Ticketholders will be refunded in full.
Rihanna was never officially announced as the headliner (listed simply as "????" at the time of cancellation). Her team has yet to confirm these reports.
