Back in May, Curren$y teamed up with producer Harry Fraud for a new project called The Marina EP, which featured guest appearances from Wiz Khalifa, Action Bronson, French Montana and Smoke DZA. Today the two decide to revisit the project and its song “On The Water” to give it the remix treatment, adding birthday boy Lil Yachty to the upgraded version.
Leaving the same verses & production intact, Yachty adds his ATL flavor and raps about his hustlin’ ways, riding foreigns, and needing a bad bitch in his life like Beyonce. “Flyest young rapper need a bitch like Beyonce/ maybe like ’06 Ashanti,” Yachty spits. It follows up Spitta’s latest release “That And This,” off his forthcoming Fire In The Clouds project dropping later this month.
