Katt Williams has one of many cases to settle.

On April 27th, 2016 Katt Williams went into Spondivits Restaurant in Georgia with his entourage asking for a table for his group. According to the host, Kevin Oliveira, Katt was told it would be a little bit of a wait but he would try to get him a table as soon as he could. Katt allegedly lashed out, grabbed a salt shaker and threw it at Kevin's face so hard that he had to go to the hospital and get ten stitches to his lip and mouth, The Blast  reports.

The publication says that two years later, Kevin is still seeking unspecified damages for loss of income, medical expenses, and past and future losses due to his injury. The publication has reached out to Katt for a comment but has yet to hear back.

This is not the first time the famed comedian has been caught up in an assault charge. The 46-year-old has previously been booked for assaulting a pool employee in February 2016, punching a restaurant employee in July 2016, his infamous fight with a teenage boy and Katt was also banned from two Georgian counties with five years probation for an assault case involving his bodyguard.

Aside from his assault charges, one of Katt's recent acting gigs was a role in Donald Glover's Atlanta, starring as the hilarious uncle who has an alligator as a pet. If you miss Katt's comedy antics, check out the second season of Donald's show and watch the episode "Alligator Man" for a good laugh and reminder of how funny Katt really is.
