Kanye West wasn't able to attend his own afterparty following his "808s & Heartbreak" performance.

808s & Heartbreak might be Kanye West's heaviest album (emotionally that is, Yeezus being his heaviest musically), but records like "Paranoid," "Robocop," and "Heartless," can still keep a party going despite their dark themes. Thus, Kanye was still looking for a good time after delivering his heart-wrenching fourth album in its entirety at the Hollywood Bowl Saturday Night, setting up an after party in Beverly Hills, but thanks to the cops, he never made it there.

According to TMZ, the function got a little too loud early on, and local police shut things down before Mr. West could even make an appearance.

As you may have heard, the concert was a big enough event in itself, with Ye bringing out both Kid Cudi and Jeezy to perform their contributions to the album.
