Iggy Azalea doesn't want to be taken out of context.
Iggy Azalea is tired of her words being exaggerated by both fans and media outlets alike.
The rapper took to Twitter recently to vent about how her honesty with how things are going in her career and life in general are often taken out of context. She insists that she's doing her best to live a "normal" life, with the ups and downs that most everyone experiences, and that she doesn't believe she's in a "crisis."
An example she gives is that she was at a BBQ with her friends and later read that she was "being consoled," which couldn't have been further from the truth. Apparently, she just came for the food.
Check out her tweets on the matter below.
I'm just living my normal, happy, sometimes good news, sometimes bad news life like everyone else.— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) July 17, 2017
it's weird that me sharing and being honest about things that could sometimes be better, is somehow made out to be me having a crisis.— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) July 17, 2017
Yesterday I was at a BBQ with my friends and I read I was "being consoled" bitch I #CameForTheChicken 😂😂😂😂— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) July 17, 2017
Anyway.... just had to get it off my chest cause I think it's kinda funny, but also weird. Trust me, I'm happy.— IGGY AZALEA (@IGGYAZALEA) July 17, 2017
