Demi Lovato dropped a new single today titled "Sober" boasting lyrics about being the opposite and relapsing after six years off the sauce. "Momma I’m so sorry I’m not sober anymore / And Daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor / To the ones who never left me, we’ve been down this road before / I’m so sorry, I’m not sober," she sings.
Another verse of her new song apologizes to her fans who looked up to her, saying how she's "only human."
Since the release, one of her friends Iggy Azalea has tweeted a couple statements letting her good pal know that she hasn't given up on her. "I was there the day we sung you happy birthday for 6 years sober. I jumped a random persons fence in my PJs to come get you, even when you had no clue i was gonna pop up on your ass. lmao. I am prepared to keep doing crazy shit bitch. 🤷♀️ deal with it cause I love you," Iggy said.
