Deadpool's Rated-R glory is irresistible.

Fans of the first Deadpool film cannot wait to see the sequel. Deadpool 2's plot is centered around Cable, a time traveling mutant who goes back in time to kill a young boy that fans predict ends up messing up the future. Yes, it does sound a lot like The Terminator, something that we're sure Deadpool will reference at least once in his fourth-wall breaking fashion. Cable is played by Josh Brolin, who will also play another Marvel villain (Thanos) this summer. That guy must have a thing for killing superheroes.

Atlanta's Zazie Beetz will play Domino, a mutant who can control luck by manipulating probabilities, and everyone's favorite muscular funnyman Terry Crews will play Bedlam, a mutant who uses his powers to cause confusion. The all-star cast is reigning in a ridiculous amount of pre-sale tickets. So much so, that Fandango reports that Deadpool 2 is projected to be the highest selling Rated-R movie in their 18-year history.

According to Den of Geekafter 24 hours of pre-sales, the only two movies that have logged more pre-sale tickets in that span of time are two other Marvel films, Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War. Both of those titles are rated PG-13, so Deadpool 2 takes the number one spot in that category.

Deadpool 2 hits theaters on  May 18.
