Chris Brown reveals plans to feature the late Aaliyah's vocals on his next single.
Chris Brown has ambitous plans for his follow up single to "Fine China". The R&B singer is planning to feature previously unreleased vocals from the late Aaliyah on his next release, titled "They Don't Know".
Chris spoke to reporters at the BET awards press conference today. “I got something special for my fans. It’s called ‘They Don’t Know,’” he revealed. “All new stuff that’s never been heard before.”
Chris has already shot the visuals for the single, which he decided to take to the projects. “I shot it in the ‘hood. I went to 60th Street and Cedar Block,”
Brown explained his choice of location. “[I'm] bringing both worlds together and trying to uplift the poverty side of the community and show them where I’m from. I’m from Virginia, but everybody comes from a broken home or being broke—I remember when I was.”
On top of the legendary Aaliyah, Nicki Minaj and Kendrick Lamar will make appearances on Chris' upcoming X, which will also feature production from production from Timbaland, Polow Da Don, Danja, Pharrell, and Drumma Boy.
