Bow Wow has persisted through a difficult string of months, some of which we saw first hand through unintentional cries for help. On Tuesday, Bow Wow opened up about a few of those struggles in a since-deleted Tweet in which he shared the tragic news of a miscarriage: "I lost my son this year!"

Within the same Tweet, Bow Wow revisited his father's alcoholism and his unhealthy asphyxiation to the media which has been a thorn in his side since he was forced into bankruptcy protection in 2012. The former So So Def rapper showed signs of rounding the corner after signing with Bad Boy Records on a management contract (doesn't entail the same financial underpinnings). Diddy quite publicly urged him to make use of his talents, perhaps unbeknownst to some of the personal strife dogging him in 2018.
Bow Wow once derided his ex-partner Erica Mena for calling too much attention to her miscarriage on social media. Erica Mena who was carrying Bow Wow's child at the time of her miscarriage, penned a letter-poem to her unborn child. Shad Moss has a child with dancer/choreographer Joie Chavis, born in the month of April, 2011. His engagement to Erica Mena was broken in 2016, two years before he met current boo Kiyomi, whom he credits with helping him see through the darkness.
