Beyoncé allegedly was not legally permitted to rock the Roc-A-Fella chain in her music video.

Not many people on the planet want beef with Beyoncé, but a few courageous ones ignore all warning and go for it anyway. Dwayne Walker. a guy who claims he designed the Roc-A-Fella chain, has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the Queen Bey for using the Roc-A-Fella logo in her music video for "Drunk In Love" without his permission. He apparently wants a piece of the profits made off the song.

It should be noted that this same guy sued Jay Z back in September for $7 million, claiming ownership of the logo, and lost in court. Some people just won't quit.

Watch the music video for "Drunk In Love" below, and let us know if her usage of the logo warrants a lawsuit.
