News DJ Premier Bans Justin Bieber From Entering BET Cypher With Ghostwritten Verse <p>Bieber tried to get on the BET Hip Hop Awards cypher using a verse penned by Ludacris, only to be denied by DJ Premier.<br /> <br /> The annual BET Hip Hop Awards has become known for showcasing various emcees in its various freestyle cyphers. DJ Premier has become somewhat of a curator in the cypher sessions, along with executives at BET.
