News J. Cole Releasing First Album Single Within a Week <p>Two weeks ago, J. Cole announced that his debut album for Roc Nation was finally complete, approximately two years after signing with the imprint. Now, the North Carolina native is gearing up to drop its first official single.<br /> <br /> At the BET Awards nominations press conference earlier this week, Cole told Ms. Drama TV that he will release the album's first single within a few days. "We finally married a single and we picked it, so that's next week. There's no more holdup," J. Cole explained. News M-Bone of Cali Swag District Killed in Drive-By Shooting <p>Rapper M-Bone of Inglewood, Calif.-based rap group Cali Swag District was shot and killed late last night (May 15). There are still few details about the tragic incident, but TMZ reports that M-Bone was the victim of a drive-by shooting.<br /> <br /> At the time of the shooting, which reportedly occurred at 11:30PM, M-Bone was standing beside his car in front of a liquor store in Inglewood. Sources say the shooter was driving down La Brea Avenue when he fired shots. It appears that the shooting was a random act of violence. News Sean Kingston 'Awake' and 'Communicating,' Says Source <p>Sean Kingston is making moves towards recovery following his catastrophic jet-ski accident over the Memorial Day weekend.<br /> <br /> Although doctors stated that it would take up to six months for a full recovery, sources close to Kingston have revealed that he is alert and awake. News Lil Wayne Lists His Miami Mansion for $12.9M <p>Rapper Lil Wayne wants to, or maybe just needs to, unload his Miami mansion on La Gorce Island, Fla., that he purchased early last year for $14 million. He is asking $12.9 million for a possible quick sale given he has an Internal Revenue Service tax lien hanging over his head.<br /> <br /> The IRS says the rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., owes the government a total of $5.6 million, which breaks down to $3,351,078 owed for 2008 and $2,258,956 for 2009.
