News Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club In NYC Shut Down Again <p>Grand re-opening, grand closing? Just a day after the grandiose celebration of Hov relaunching his famed sports bar, he’s met with another set back. According to the NYPOST, the Health Inspector has bestowed a C grade for the newly revamped restaurant after seeing a slew of violations. Grievances cited allege that mass amounts of food were not properly stored or not in the right temperature, and as result was given 69 points worth of infractions.
