Ariana Grande may be readying an anticipated upcoming album, but it seems like another tidbit of her life is taking over the headlines and it's her incorrect tattoo. The hand tattoo was supposed to read "7 Rings" after her recent chart-topping single, but unfortunately, the finished piece read Japanese style barbecue grill.
The "God Is A Woman" singer did try and avert the crisis but it only made it read, "Japanese BBQ finger." After receiving all kinds of hate online for a simple mistake, Ariana has found time to clap back to the haters. One of her first responses was to TMZ, telling the publication to get off her nuts.

In another tweet, Ariana wrote: "I'd like it to be respectful and more correct bruh what’s wrong w that 🖤 tryna learn heeere," adding, "everything i do is out of love n appreciation. down for all the corrections and guidance. thank u."
Page Six got a hold of some since-deleted tweets by the singer where she explained more on the tattoo and her moves to make it more clear. “I also went back and got it fixed with the help of my tutor to be more accurate. I can’t read or write kanji obviously. what do you want me to do? it was done out of love and appreciation. what do you want me to say?”
Ariana even addressed how she stopped selling Japanese merchandise. “There is a difference between appropriation and appreciation,” she added. “My japanese fans were always excited when i wrote in japanese or wore japanese sayings on my clothing. however, all of the merch with japanese on it was taken down from my site not that anyone cared to notice.”
