A Hip Hop Thanksgiving: See How Gucci Mane, Big Sean, Diddy & More Are Celebrating

It's a day to be thankful and appreciate what you have, give back in anyway you can and just sit back with your family, aunties, crazy cousins, in-laws or friends and enjoy this year's Thanksgiving.

Meek Mill is sadly behind bars today but that doesn't put the breaks on his annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaway. DreamChasers Thanksgiving will be happening in various parts of Philadelphia throughout the late morning and afternoon. Individuals and families in need can receive a free turkey to accompany their holiday dinners. Check out the upcoming times and locations below.

2 p.m. at Martin Luther King Rec Center
3 p.m. at Strawberry Mansion Learning Center
