If you're a fan of Black Mirror and how wild the stories get at predicting what the future may very well look like as technology continues to advance, then you're going to be into the upcoming film Upgrade starring Logan Marshall-Green.
After Grey Trace (played by Logan) is left paralyzed, he takes up an offer to have a chip planted in his spine that will give him the ability to walk again, but he gets way more than he bargained for.
When Grey gives permission, the chip can take full control of his body and gives him strength and knowledge to take down any given machine or person in his way.
The film is created by the same writer, Leigh Wannell, that brought us Saw and Insidious and is produced by Blumhouse that brought us Happy Death Day, The Purge series and the Oscar-winning film Get Out.
