For those of you still sleeping, Trippie Redd is one of the fastest-rising names in the rap game over the past year, particularly thanks to his Soundcloud page. Having already amassed over millions views and worked with the likes of D.R.A.M., Lil Wayne, and fellow internet sensation XXXTentacion, the 18-year old Ohio crooner has built an insanely strong following & buzz for himself in short a little time, becoming one of the “next up” in the soundcloud rap era.
At the top of the month, the Ohio crooner released the sequel to his latest mixtape A Love Letter To You, which featured guest appearances from Uno The Activists, Khalil, Bali Baby, Sydnee With A C, Chris King, and more. While that’s only been out for a couple weeks, Tripie Redd continues to keep grinding in the studio however. Just last month, Trippie was spotted working with Lil Wayne, before returning to the scene with Big Baby D.R.A.M. a couple weeks later with the song “Ill Nana.” Now fast forward to today, and the Ohio crooner decided to hop on Instagram and share a lengthy preview of an upcoming song he has with Diplo called “Make A Wish/ the World Is Yours.”
“Make a wish/The world is yours [Produced by: @diplo],” he captioned the post while leaving a bunch of heart emojis.
Unfortunately he didn’t inform us when we can expect to hear this record, but fans are definitely eager to hear it. Just off the comments section alone, fans have been asking Trippie to “please drop this,” whereas other people were just leaving “flame” emojis.
