If you're going to put a church in a music video it can only been portrayed in one of two ways: holy and uplifting, or dark and demonic. Ace Hood has clearly opted for the latter in his new video for "Testify."
The track, which was released as a single all the way back in December, finds Ace spitting his truth to these lesser rappers. To invoke the seriousness of the lyrics, as well as the hollowness of the production, G Visuals places Ace in a world devoid of color. Eerie hairless individuals, glitchy visual effects, and images of sermons and baptisms all lend itself to a feeling that something isn't right.
