Robb Bank$ is at what reminiscent of both Juicy J and Lord Infamous on "No Sleep," the opening track from his 2: Pillz project. It's an influence that many of his South Florida peers share, but he makes sure to take it into interesting new places. The track, produced by Skinnyxmoose, at times possesses the buzzing bounce of Playboi Carti's "Magnolia." On the hook, he says "Long Live Peep," paying tribute to the late Lil Peep, who passed away earlier this year due to an overdose.

Like Peep, Robb is an artist who pulls from a variety of genres for inspiration. Last year, we spoke to him about his infatuation with metal. "I’m not gonna sit here and say I’m a fan of metal in general, I was always solely a fan of black metal," he said. "Mayhem, Darkthrone, shit like that. I always respect the artist that does everything they talk about, so that’s why I fuck with Mayhem and even [Burzum founder and convicted murderer] Varg Vikernes, people who was doing something for a reason. Even if you could look at it as wrong or crazy, he believed in what he was doing. It’s like rap, where you have everyone saying they do shit, but not everyone actually lives it."

Robb's 2: Pillz follows his September EP Cloverfield 2.0. At the beginning of the year, there were rumors that he had signed with Cash Money.

Quotable Lyrics:
Transform, transform
Doors with the wing
Gs up, hoes down
Double M.O.B
Livin' that shit they rap 'bout
Baby, fuck with me
I'mma let that go, I'mma let that go
My neck on froze, my neck on froze
