Frank Ocean's producer, who claims he witnessed the scuffle, weighs in on the situation.

Michael Uzowuru, a producer who works with Frank Ocean, and Odd Future, claims he witnessed their altercation, and has now spoken up on the matter via a blog post.

Uzowuru confirms that the fight did start in the parking lot. He had arrived with Frank, and friend Chito to record that night, when they found an Orange Lambo in the parking spot that read "Frank". When they told the front desk to move the car, they were informed it belonged to Chris Brown.

Apparently, Chris Brown came out 10 minutes later with a "big dude" and a "skinnier dude", to which Frank told them, "You parked in my spot, move". One of the members of Chris' camp then allegedly punched Chito in the face for seemingly no reason. "Then instantly Chris and the other dude grab [Frank] and try to jump him." said Uzowuru "There's no doubt in my mind the whole thing was a set up."

While Chris' buddies continued to beat Chito, Chris and another man tackled frank and threw him into a "big fake candle display laced with glass," adding, "Hence ... his finger being cut."

He says Frank was then cornered against a wall, "while Chris was trying to beat the living shit out of [him]." Apparently Frank fought back with elbows and punches of his own at this point.

While Uzowru says the events get hazy from here, he does remember yelling for everyone to stop, which they did.

He concluded with some wishes for Chris to get help. "I don't know what type of demons Chris is facing, but I hope he clears them all and finds a new life rooted in love and light."

Frank Ocean still plans to press no charges against Chris.
