Latto shared with fans today that she'll be releasing a remix of her track "Put It On Da Floor," alongside Cardi B. The rapper says that the collaboration will be released this Friday, June 2. She shared a video on her Instagram account, saying, "I 'Put It On Da Floor,' now I'm bout to 'Put It On Da Floor' again. Remix this Friday." A seated Cardi B is then seen in the video, with a plastic bag over her head. Latto says, "Rip her out the plastic, she's been acting brand new," before removing the bag from Cardi's head.

Released last month, "Put It On Da Floor" has gotten Latto some attention from her peers. Her fellow female MC GloRilla hyped the single earlier this month, Tweeting, “'Put It On Da Floor' gotta condo in my head.” Lil Nas X shared a screenshot of the cover art on his Instagram Story. Cardi B also showed her support for Latto's release, sharing a meme about the song on Twitter. Earlier this week, Meek Mill shared a video of him free-styling over the track.

Latto also recently had a candid chat about plastic surgery with her sister, Brooklyn Nikole, on her Apple Music 777 radio show. She advised her younger audience to embrace themselves and "find peace" in their natural state. She went on to claim, "you’re going to find a flaw and another flaw and another flaw and another flaw." The rapper told her fans, "Surgery, any of that stuff is not a permanent fix.”

Latto was also accused of photoshopping a crowd shot she shared to Twitter from her Coachella performance in April. She denied the accusations, writing, "Never photoshopped a crowd lmao." She continued, "I expanded it so it would fit in my Instagram swipe without getting cut off." Latto added, “It was clearly f*cked up so I didn’t end up using it and just posted the wrong version by accident on Twitter babes."
