WSHH's Lee "Q" O'Denat apparently died from a heart attack.

The hip-hop community is still mourning the loss of Worldstarhiphop founder Lee “Q” O’Denat, who passed away in his sleep Tuesday morning, but now there's some further details about his death.

According to San Diego County coroner, “Q” passed away from an apparent heart attack. Sources told TMZ that Q has been going H.A.M at the gym these past few weeks trying to lose weight for his upcoming show on MTV this Spring. TMZ also says they were told that Q was telling friends how insanely busy he'd been juggling the show and his new gym life recently.
