Sydney Sweeney and her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, stepped out together in New York City on Friday night. The two were spotted leaving an Armani Beauty event and going for a walk, according to TMZ. The night out comes amid rumors of a romance between Sweeney and her Anyone But You co-star, Glen Powell.
The rumors mostly stem from a flirtatious attitude between the two actors who are promoting the film. "I love when she calls me [Top Gun]," Powell said at a recent press event. He also remarked that the film will lean into its r-rating heavily. “We go for the ‘Hard R’ which is really, really fun,” Powell said while on the red carpet at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. “When was the last time you saw a Hard-R RoCom that’s big and it’s cinematic, everybody’s in swimsuits, looking good?”

Sweeney and Davino have been in a relationship for five years at this point. While Sweeney has mostly kept private about her love life, she did discuss her dating preferences during an interview with Cosmopolitan in 2022. "I don't date people in the spotlight. I don't date actors or musicians or anyone in entertainment because I can just be normal Syd that way and it's easiest," she said at the time. She added: "I have a great support system, I look for a best friend. I need to be able to be with someone who I can literally hang out with 24/7 and never get sick of and we laugh every single day."
